Wood (lumber) is NOT included in this pergola bracket kit (nor is the hardware you’ll need to anchor the base and wall mount brackets). Before building your pergola, you’ll need to purchase the following items from a local building supply store or lumber yard (assuming the pergola will be 8′ tall):
- Four (4) 8′ long 6×6 posts
- One (1) 10′ long 6×6 posts
- IF you choose a roof style with wood slats:
- – Three to ten (3-10) 10′ long 2×6 slats, or
- – two to four (2-4) 10′ long 6×6 posts
(depending on your roof style selection)
- Anchoring hardware (16 pieces)
